In this post, we explore the best-selling series from leading ceramic manufacturers. We’ll look at legendary historical models alongside modern designs that have successfully relaunched brands into the spotlight.
Ideal Standard – Conca Series
Perhaps the most legendary series in the bathroom world: CONCA. It defined a unique style, inspiring competitors for decades. While the average lifespan of a ceramic series is about 20 years, Conca remained in the catalogue for forty.
- The Colors: It pioneered the iconic 80s and 90s palette—from Deep Blue and Beaver to pastel shades like Whisper Pink and Kashmir.
- The Design: Its signature feature is the sloping rear shelf. Because the fixing holes sit on a curve rather than a flat surface, the toilet seat requires special 45° inclined hinges. Additionally, since the top rim is slightly tilted, our “Like Original” seats feature specially angled bumpers to ensure maximum stability. If you watch the videos in our channel on these toilet seats [ Clik HERE ] you will see very well what the inclined hinge looks like.
- The Sintesibagno toilet seat covers LIKE THE ORIGINAL are precisely equipped with this type of bumper! Of course, in the Sintesibagno store you will find all Conca WC seats in all colours, in all materials (including the thermosetting wraparounds) and in all price ranges… at the following link [ Clik HERE ]
Ceramica Flaminia – Link Series
A turning point for both Flaminia and the entire industry. Part of the “Work in Progress” project, LINK moved the focus from mere functionality to pure aesthetics.
- The Innovation: With a height of just 20 cm, these wall-hung toilets appear to float in mid-air. Even twenty years after their debut, their minimal, chic silhouette remains incredibly contemporary. The WC covers for these sanitary ware are available in all its variants (original wrap-around, original wrap-around soft-close, in polyester-coated wood and the various dedicated versions) in the Sintesibagno shop at the following link [ Clik HERE ]
Pozzi Ginori – Easy Series
In the early 2000s, ANTONIO CITTERIO’s “magic pencil” created EASY.02, instantly returning Pozzi Ginori to the top of the market.
- The Look: Available in wall-hung or back-to-wall versions, it features soft, enveloping curves. The slight rear slope adds elegance, and the original seat was designed to feel like a seamless extension of the ceramic itself. All toilet seat covers for this series are available in the Sintesibagno store at the following link [ Clik HERE ], also included, however, is a wooden version covered in white polyester for those looking for a seat that is perhaps less attractive than the round plastic original, but more practical as it is completely flat.
Hatria – You&Me Series
A masterpiece in the “compact” category. The YOU&ME series proved that small bathrooms can have high design.
- The Geometry: The upper rim is a perfect circle, while the base features bold, square lines. This contrast helped Hatria establish itself as a leader in modern design. And here is the Sintesibagno link to find its two toilet seats, the version in white polyester-coated wood and the thermoset version with slow-moving hinges [ Clik HERE ]
Ceramica Globo – Open Space Project
With the Open Space project (comprising SPACE BOWL, SPACE FREE, SPACE STONE and SPACE CONCEPT. ), Globo entered the new millennium as a design powerhouse. These four series redefined modern bathroom trends and became instant best-sellers and are available in the Sintesibagno shop.
